Welcome to ZNDT. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZNDT platform, including our website (zndt.ai), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ZNDT is operated by ZNDT, Inc., a Delaware corporation (United States). ZNDT is a curator-led marketplace platform that connects independent creators, merchants, and patrons through curated commerce experiences.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
ZNDT facilitates transactions between buyers and independent merchants. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (including Stripe, Razorpay, and others). ZNDT is not the seller of record for goods sold by third-party merchants and does not hold customer funds.
ZNDT may charge platform fees on transactions. Applicable fees are displayed at checkout. Payment processor fees may also apply and are disclosed separately.
All Platform content, including trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by ZNDT or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ZNDT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZNDT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes arising from transactions processed through Indian payment providers, applicable Indian law may also apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
