Merchants on ZNDT offer one or more fulfillment methods:
You can manage shipping addresses in your ZNDT account. Ensure your address information is accurate and complete. ZNDT is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address details.
You may update the shipping address on an order before the merchant marks it as shipped. After shipment, address changes may not be possible or may incur carrier reroute fees.

These are estimates; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside ZNDT's or the merchant's control.
Once a merchant ships an order, a tracking number (where applicable) is provided through the ZNDT app. You can view order status in real time from your order detail page.

If a shipment is returned to the merchant due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, reshipping may incur additional costs. ZNDT facilitates communication between buyer and merchant to resolve such situations.
Report lost or damaged shipments through the order detail page within 7 days of the expected delivery date. ZNDT will coordinate with the merchant and carrier to investigate and resolve.
Digital goods are delivered through the Platform. Ensure your email address is current and check spam folders if expected delivery is not received. Report digital delivery issues through the order detail page.
