REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

ZNDT is a marketplace platform operated by ZNDT AI Corp, a Delaware corporation registered at 1007 N Orange St., 4th Floor, 5637, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. Each merchant on ZNDT sets and displays their own refund policy on their merchant profile. Please review the merchant's refund policy before completing your purchase.

How Refunds Work

When a refund is issued, ZNDT facilitates execution of the refund through Stripe back to your original payment card. The refund amount is returned by the merchant; ZNDT processes the technical movement of funds.

Processing Time

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days of being issued, depending on your card issuer. ZNDT does not control the speed at which your bank or card network posts the credit.

Platform Fees

ZNDT retains its platform fee on refunded transactions. This is standard practice across marketplace payment platforms. Stripe's processing fees are likewise non-refundable. The refund amount returned to the customer is the full purchase price; the cost of the platform and processing fees is borne by the merchant.

Disputes

If you believe a merchant is not honoring their refund policy: contact the merchant directly first — most issues are resolved at this step. If unresolved, contact ZNDT at team@zndt.ai and we will mediate between you and the merchant in good faith. You also retain the right to dispute the charge through your card issuer (chargeback). We ask that you attempt resolution first, but your card-issuer rights are not waived.

Failed or Unauthorized Transactions

If a payment was processed in error, was unauthorized, or the goods or services were never provided, contact us at team@zndt.ai and we will work with the merchant and Stripe to resolve.
