ZNDT AI Corp ("ZNDT," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation with a registered address at 1007 N Orange St., 4th Floor, 5637, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA, operates the ZNDT marketplace platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
When you use ZNDT, we collect: account information (name, email, phone number, password (hashed), and merchant business details where applicable); transaction metadata (amount, time, merchant identity, customer identity, transaction status); device and usage information (IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, interaction logs — used for fraud prevention, security, and product improvement); communications you send to ZNDT support; and for merchants, business legal name, business address, tax identification, beneficial ownership information, and bank account details (collected by Stripe on ZNDT's behalf for compliance with US financial regulations).
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or card expiration dates. All payment card data is collected and stored by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. ZNDT never has access to your raw card data.
To operate the ZNDT marketplace and process payments; to verify identities and prevent fraud; to comply with US legal obligations including anti-money-laundering, know-your-customer, and tax reporting requirements; to communicate with you about your account, transactions, and product updates; and to improve the platform and develop new features.
Stripe, Inc. for payment processing, identity verification, and fraud prevention. Cloudflare, Inc. for website and application hosting. Twilio, Inc. for SMS verification of phone numbers. Email and customer-support providers for handling communications. Law enforcement and regulators when required by applicable law or valid legal process. We do not sell your personal information.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements — financial transaction records are typically retained for 5-7 years under US law); to request a portable copy of your data; and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object. The lawful bases on which we process your data include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, and compliance with legal obligations. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
ZNDT uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and analyze how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect platform functionality.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
